After the Battle of Hogwarts, the wizarding world began the long process of recovery. Voldemort's dark wizards have been chased out of the ministry by new Minister of Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt. Banished, the dementor's fled to the icy wastelands of Siberia. Giants have become even more reclusive in their mountain colonies, though most involved in the fighting have been caught and executed. Werewolves haven't faired much better, with prejudices rising to an all-time high and many new regulations in place to keep them in check.
But time heals, and for the most part the past fifteen years have been a new age of peace - and nowhere has that been more apparent then at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Repairs have been made, new staff has been hired to replace losses and retirements, and not a single dark secret or hint of shady goings-on has surfaced since. In fact, new Headmaster Arthur Kalamack has a grand magical tournament planned for the upcoming anniversary of Harry Potter's triumph of the dark Lord Voldemort.
But perhaps it has been a bit too quiet at Hogwarts. Is all really as well as it seems?
